In the project Spirit, I am exploring how people incorporate religious faith in their lives. I am interested in the way people connect to a higher power. This connection to a higher power is often exhibited in the objects and places we create in support of a faith. I am exploring these connections between objects and places of faith. As the series unfolded, I realized that images depicting spirit may be found in all things. Found in conventional iconographic objects, as well as in nature and in everyday objects.
